Document Content: The Service accesses content from documents you work on (in Google Docs, Notion, ClickUp, or Linear) to provide relevant, contextual AI suggestions. Access to documents requires your explicit permission through OAuth consent screens.
Your Inputs: Your answers to guided questions during document analysis, along with any feedback or ratings you provide. These help the AI give you better, more relevant suggestions.
Usage Data: We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how people use the Service — like which features are popular and where users get stuck. PostHog receives your name and email (to link your activity), along with usage events such as features used, session duration, and page views. No document content is sent to PostHog. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for providing, improving, and developing the Service, including to:
Create and manage your account
Analyze your documents and generate AI-powered suggestions
Remember your preferences and analysis history for a better experience
Improve the Service based on how people use it

Third-Party Services We Use
We share data with a small number of trusted services to power core features. We do not sell your data.
OpenAI: When you analyze a document, we send its text along with your analysis inputs to OpenAI to generate suggestions. OpenAI processes this in real time and does not use your content to train its models. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy.
PostHog: Product analytics — receives usage events, your name, and email to help us improve the Service. No document content is shared. See the PostHog Privacy Policy.
Google, Notion, ClickUp, Linear: If you connect these services, we access your documents on those platforms to provide analysis. Your connection credentials are stored encrypted on our servers.
Limit Use Disclosure
SuperProductManagerAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where Your Data Lives
On your device: Your recent documents are cached locally in your browser for faster loading. You can clear this anytime from your Profile page. We do not use cookies — your session is managed through your browser's secure local storage.
On our servers: Your account information (name, email, profile photo), integration credentials (encrypted), document metadata (titles, URLs — not document content), and any feedback you provide are stored securely in our cloud database.
Transactional emails: If we send you a notification email, our team may see a copy of it to provide support.
Browser Permissions (Chrome Extension)
The Chrome Extension requests browser permissions to read your documents, save your preferences, and copy text to your clipboard. We only request what is needed for core features — no more.
Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously:
Your integration credentials (access tokens) are encrypted before storage
Only you can access your own data through your authenticated account
Our servers only accept requests from known, authorized sources
Session recording is disabled in our analytics — we do not record your screen
However, no method of Internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You have control over your data:
Clear cached data: Use the "Clear All Cached Data" button on your Profile page to remove locally stored documents
Disconnect integrations: Revoke access to Google Docs, Notion, ClickUp, or Linear at any time
Delete your account: Contact us at chiranjeevi.gunturi@superproductmanager.ai to request access, export, or deletion of your personal information
